CPIF definition
CPIF means Clean Power Income Fund, an unincorporated, open-ended, limited purpose trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to a trust indenture made as of October 31, 2001 as amended and restated as of July 16, 2003, June 23, 2007 and June 26, 2007.
CPIF means condominium plan information form which is used by the Municipality as a basis to apportion the unpaid taxes pursuant to Section 356 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, or Section 322 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 11, Sched. A, as amended. CPIF means CPIF Lending, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, and shall include all of its Affiliates and their respective successors or assigns.
