Samples and testing shall be performed in accordance with CPIA Publication No. 21, Class C specimen that shall be tested at a crosshead speed of 2 in/min unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Should the Self-Build Facilities develop defects during that period, SoCalGas, at its election, shall either (a) repair or replace the defective work and/or equipment per the CPIA and/or CPICSUA, or (b) demand that Interconnector repair or replace the defective work and/or equipment.
