CPI Level definition
CPI Level for any month means the CPI level as determined by the calculation agent based upon the value displayed on Bloomberg Professional® service page “CPURNSA <Index>” or any successor page on Bloomberg Professional® service or any successor service, as applicable. If, on any date the CPI Level is to be determined, the CPI Level cannot be determined as described above, the calculation agent will determine the CPI Level in accordance with the procedures set forth below.
CPI Level means, for any given year, the annual average Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, FL for All Items as published during the 70th Lease Year by the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics, or any successor statistic published by a comparable government authority. In any event, both CPI Levels employed in the calculation shall be based on the same base year.
Examples of CPI Level in a sentence
Employees who are actively certified at CPI Level 3 by the Crisis Prevention Institute shall earn a $500 stipend per semester.
Paraprofessional Employees working with students with profound physical or behavioral disabilities who are certified at CPI Level 3 by the Crisis Prevention Institute shall earn a $500 stipend per semester.
