Examples of CPI Charges in a sentence
The revised Base Rent figure set forth in Paragraph 4 above incorporates cumulative CPI Charges from the Commencement Date through the anticipated Expansion Commencement Date of September 1, 2004 (in the event the Expansion Commencement Date is different, the parties will reflect the revised Base Rent amount in a letter agreement or Lease amendment).
As a result, the parties agree to reset CPI Charges and the calculation thereof as of the Expansion Commencement Date.
All of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease shall continue in full force and effect during the Extension Term, including, without limitation, with respect to the payment of rent (with CPI Charges payable for each Rent Year of the Extension Term).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, once the Lease is assigned or sublet pursuant to Section 9(C)(iii), the aforementioned guarantee shall be limited to the full and prompt payment of Base Rent and CPI Charges under the Lease.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises after the expiration or other termination of the Term, then, at Landlord's option, Tenant shall be deemed to be occupying the Premises as a non-fixed term ("tacita reconduccion") tenant pursuant to Laws, at a monthly rental equal to the one and one-half (1 1/2) times the monthly rent (including, without limitation, CPI Charges) payable hereunder during the last month of the Term, along with value added tax.
Except as otherwise specified in any Program Financing Contract or Program Stream Financing Agreement, the CPC Payment, (except for Property Tax Inclusive Financing Contracts) the Uplift Payment, (except for Sales Tax Inclusive Financing Contracts) the Sales Tax Payment, and the CPI Charges (if any) shall be in addition to (and itemized separately from) the Minimum Periodic Payment and, therefore, shall not be subject to “allocation” as provided above.
