CPG Credit Facility definition
CPG Credit Facility means that certain Revolving Credit Agreement among CPG, as borrower, each of Columbia, OpCo GP and OpCo, each as a guarantor, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and the lenders party thereto.
