CPFA – Canadian Pipe Fabricators Association Parties to this Agreement – The parties to this agreement are the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada on behalf of its Local Unions and the Canadian Pipe Fabricators Association.
The monies thus paid shall be known as the CPFA Industry Fund and shall be used for the general purposes of the Association, including the Association's cost of negotiating, and administering this Agreement.
It is understood that any request supported by the board shall be communicated to all CPFA signatory Locals and Contractors and to adjust trade disputes, adjudicate grievances, or establish regulations governing the conduct of their members as provided for in this Agreement.

The types of events that Association members would attend include, but shall not be limited to, Association meetings, CPFA meetings, schools, seminars, conferences, courses, and community meetings.
In the event of any contradiction between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the CPFA, the terms and conditions of the CPFA shall control; provided, that, as between the Parties, all other terms and conditions of this Agreement that are not subject to the CPFA shall remain in full force and effect.
The STATE shall publish in materials as well as communicated verbally to all attendees, that the attendee is required to retain proof of attendance and submit this proof of attendance when completing their application for the accreditation for CPFA, ACPFA, or maintenance of their accreditation.
The purpose of the technical report is to enable CIIRDF to monitor project progress, and to justify any adjustments or modifications incurred by the project to the original workplan (as detailed in Annex C of the CPFA); furthermore, to provide CIIRDF a viable basis for continued disbursement of the grant award.
