Examples of CPDTL in a sentence

  • The Customer agrees to pay to the Company for each day that the Rental Product is returned after the date and time specified in the CPDTL a late payment fee equal to one half of Fees incurred in renting the Rental Product (for example if the Rental Product is returned three days after the date and time specified in the CPDTL then the Customer shall pay to the Company a late payment fee equal to 150% of the Fees plus HST).

  • If the Customer does not return the Rental Product within five (5) days of the date and time specified in the CPDTL then the Customer agrees to purchase the Rental Product from the Company at the replacement cost (“Replacement Cost”) which refers to the Company’s current cost of replacing the Rental Product with a similar brand new Rental Product.
