Examples of CPCG in a sentence

  • The LBH will aim to provide the following outlined standards of service or targets in providing the service: • Items for the agenda and other requirements for a forthcoming CPCG meeting should be agreed at the last CPCG Executive meeting.

  • The results of the review will be provided to the CPCG and the Consultative Working Group.

  • The SLA is intended to be a working document and should be used as a tool for reviewing the services provided by LBH to the CPCG.

  • The LBH will agree to provide the above services for a minimum of 5 meetings of the CPCG (this includes the Annual General Meeting, which will be the first ordinary meeting in each calendar year) and a minimum of a further 4 meetings of the CPCG Executive in any given financial year.

  • Any items or issues arising after the meeting of the CPCG Executive shall be handled as any other business, unless there is enough time to prepare papers to meet the target deadline for despatching papers (see below).

  • The LBH will also administer and arrange (based on the above secretariat functions), where requested by the CPCG or the CPCG Executive, additional meetings, not to exceed a number of 4 during the financial year, to support work on ad-hoc matters arising (see Appendix 2 enclosed for the proposed 2004-2005 calendar).

  • The LBH will provide the following, as a basic level of management support for the CPCG and the CPCG Executive: The provision of a secretariat function for the CPCG, to include; • The arrangement of meetings; This includes booking meeting rooms, invitation of guest speakers and provision of refreshments, in addition to the provision of notice of time, place and business of meetings at least 7 clear days prior to the meeting.
