CPCA definition

CPCA means designated accounts, which are set forth on Schedule 6.18, maintained by the Borrower at ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association or at any Lender and into which the Borrower deposits and maintains cash, Cash Equivalents and marketable securities in such amounts as are from time to time required by Section 6.18 and which is subject to a first priority, perfected security interest in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
CPCA means the Society called the Columere Park Community Association.
