CPC Contracts definition

CPC Contracts means all the contracts and agreements to which CPC or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates is bound, except the Corn Products Contracts.

Related to CPC Contracts

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Specified Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
