CPAA definition

CPAA means the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.

  • During Updates or scheduled or emergency maintenance periods, you may be unable to transmit and receive data from the CPAA System.

  • You will ensure that anyone who uses the CPAA System and Software (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for your authorized use and complies with the terms of this Agreement.

  • NWEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of the CPAA System or otherwise restrict access to the CPAA System if NWEA determines, in its sole discretion, that there has been a violation of this Agreement that is unlawful or that conditions exist which are likely to cause loss or damage to NWEA or its customers, including any harm to NWEA’s network or business.
