CPA Payment definition

CPA Payment is the one-time payment for every Qualifying User payable to you as commision, if you choose the CPA payment plan.
CPA Payment means the CPA reward payments set out in Clause 7.4.

Examples of CPA Payment in a sentence

  • Except for the payment of the CPA Payment, the Affiliate will not have any rights with respect to any Customers.

  • You shall have no claims to CPA Payment or other compensation on business secured by or through persons or entities other than yourself.

  • A CPA Payment will be paid to the Affiliate only once for each qualifying Customer, regardless of the number of Sites and/or number or type of games played by that Customer.

  • The right of admission to the CPA Payment program will be reserved at all times and for any reason.

  • If deficiencies are noted, a written notice of corrective action will be issued to the AGENCY which will specify deficiencies and provide a timeline for correction of those deficiencies.

  • You shall have no claims to Revenue Commission, CPA Payment or other compensation on business secured by or through persons or entities other than yourself.

  • Except for the payment of the Revenue Share or CPA Payment, as applicable, you will not have any rights with respect to any Users.

  • Should this occur, from the moment of your notification, your CPA Payment generated on existing or new referred Customers will be forfeited and considered null and void with no further correspondence entered into.

  • Except for the payment of the Revenue Commission or CPA Payment, as applicable, you will not have any rights with respect to any Users.

  • You shall have no claims for Revenue Share, CPA Payment or any other type of compensation on business secured by or through persons or entities other than yourself.
