CP Yield definition

CP Yield means the daily yield on "1-month commercial paper" (quoted -------- on a bank-discount basis, on commercial paper for firms whose bond rating is "AA" or the equivalent) as made available by the Federal Reserve Board on Statistical Release H.15(519) or, if such index is no longer published and no replacement is adopted, such other index as may be selected by the Program Administrator and accepted by the Seller.

  • On the third Business Day -------------------- immediately preceding each CP Yield Settlement Date, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of Yield in respect of the Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of such Conduit for the immediately preceding Accrual Period and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
