Claris retains all rights in the CP Trainer Logo not expressly licensed in this Section and all use of the CP Trainer Logo shall inure to Claris’s benefit.
After Company has been approved as an CP Trainer, Claris will provide Company with an CP Trainer Logo for its use.
Company acknowledges and agrees that Claris may, at its sole discretion, change the CP Trainer requirements (both initial and continuing) at any time.
This Agreement shall commence on the date Company first accepts these terms in Claris’s system or on the anniversary date in the case of existing CP Trainer Companies (“Effective Date”) and it will terminate one (1) year following the Effective Date.
Following the audit, if Claris determines in its sole discretion that the course does not meet Claris’ professional quality standards (e.g., disorganized, inappropriate facilities, inappropriate conduct, as otherwise described as a Default in Section 9(c), etc.), then Claris reserves the right to revoke Company’s CP Trainer status.
Company may use the CP Trainer Logo only in connection with the advertisement and promotion Claris Training Courses taught by Company.
Company must have a website available containing (i) a description of the Claris Training Courses it is offering, (ii) the CP Trainer logo used subject to the terms in Section 4 below, (iii) a description of its target audience, and (iv) Company’s method of delivering the Claris Training Courses (i.e., onsite class or scheduled classes at a training facility).
CP Trainer may not use their certification to represent more than one CP company.
The CP Trainer title designates that the trainer has successfully completed Claris’ requirements that reflect the skills required to deliver Claris training courses.
Failure to comply with any continuing CP Trainer requirements may result in the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.
