CP Order definition

CP Order means an Order of the Board of Trustees of the Trust authorizing the issuance of the Notes, adopted on April 23, 2019 and dated as of June 1, 2019, together with any and all amendments or supplements thereto.

Examples of CP Order in a sentence

  • KCOM will only accept Orders placed by the CP Order Correspondence Contact(s) named in the Customer Service Plan and KCOM shall only address incidents raised by the CP Operational Contact(s) set out in the Customer Service Plan.

  • No text or information set forth on any other purchase order, preprinted form or document (other than an CP Order Form, if applicable) shall add to or vary the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement commences on the Effective Date, and terminates one year after its Effective Date, or such other period as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties in an CP Order Form or other written agreement.

  • The CP will provide KCOM with details of the CP Order Correspondence Contact(s) and the CP Operational Contact(s) and their details shall be set out in the Customer Service Plan.

  • You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable, as set out in your CP Order Form.

  • Once delivery of the Order has resumed, KCOM will advise the CP Order Correspondence Contact of the new Proposed Start Date.

  • Pricing terms and other details of the CP Order Form are confidential, and you agree not to disclose them to any third party.

  • The KCOM Wholesale Desk will then send an email to the CP Order Correspondence Contact, confirming the Order has been cancelled and advising of any cancellation fee that is payable.

  • Payments must be made annually in advance unless otherwise mutually agreed in a CP Order Form.

  • Any Additional Storage provided by Learning Objects to Subscriber must be set forth in a mutually executed CP Order Form modifying Subscriber’s then-current subscription parameters.
