Examples of CP/CPS in a sentence

  • DESPITE ANY CONTRARY PROVISION CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CP/CPS, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF QUOVADIS FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED US$250,000.

  • The Certificate Holder shall use the QuoVadis Certificate in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CP/CPS.

  • QuoVadis shall act as the Certification Authority for the QuoVadis Certificate and perform its obligations as specified in this Agreement and the CP/CPS.

  • QuoVadis represents and warrants that it has followed the requirements of the CP/CPS in issuing the Certificate and in verifying the accuracy of the information contained in the Certificate.

  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE CP/CPS, QUOVADIS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, RELATING TO ANY QUOVADIS CERTIFICATE OR ANY RELATED SERVICES PROVIDED BY QUOVADIS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • Additional warranties, identified in the CP/CPS, apply to QuoVadis EV TLS/SSL Certificates.

  • If you renew your Certificate prior to expiration date, any time remaining on the current Certificate will be forfeited if adding that time to the renewed certificate will result in a certificate that exceeds the maximum validity period of a subscriber certificate as defined in the CP/CPS.

  • If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the CP/CPS, the provisions of this Agreement will prevail.

  • QuoVadis represents and warrants that it has followed the requirements of the CP/CPS in issuing the Code-Signing Certificate and in verifying the accuracy of the information contained in the Certificate.

  • QuoVadis shall act as the Certification Authority for the QuoVadis Code-Signing Certificate and perform its obligations as specified in this Agreement and the CP/CPS.

Related to CP/CPS

  • CP means SFMTA Contracts and Procurement.

  • Conduit Purchaser means each commercial paper conduit that is or becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of a “Conduit Purchaser”.

  • Group I means Series 2022-2 and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group I.

  • Liquidity Bank means the Person or Persons who provide liquidity support to any Conduit Lender pursuant to a Liquidity Agreement in connection with the issuance by such Conduit Lender of Commercial Paper Notes.

  • CP Conduit means any limited-purpose entity established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes to finance financial assets.
