If requested by CP, Contractor shall provide documentation in support of an invoice to CP with form and content reasonably acceptable to CP.
Without the prior written consent of CP, Contractor shall not carry on any activity that could be construed as being on behalf of CP.
When requested by CP, Contractor shall provide CP with all details concerning any and all subcontracted work.
