The Trustee shall, no later than the next Business Day after the date on which it receives the CP Completion Notice, deliver the said CP Completion Notice to the Original Debentureholder.
If any extension of the implementation schedule is granted, the Regional Water Board staff shall provide the Discharger a new implementation schedule in writing, which shall include the date the CP will be completed (Revised CP Completion Date).

On or before the CP Completion Date, (or within 60 days of a Revised Completion Date, if an extension to the Completion Date is granted pursuant to Paragraph 14), the Discharger shall provide a certified statement of completion (“Certification of Completion”).
