Examples of Cox Services in a sentence
Customer agrees that State and Federal regulations may apply to Cox Services and that, in the event of any change to such regulations, Cox Services must be consistent with, and Customer’s use of Cox Services must be consistent with, such regulations.
Either Party may immediately terminate the applicable Order Form (and the corresponding Subscriptions or Cox Services, as applicable): (a) if the other Party commits a material breach of such Order Form (including this Agreement, any Additional Product Terms), and such breach has not been cured within fifteen (15) days after receiving Legal Notice of such; or (b) upon the initiation of any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding against the other Party or an entity that Controls such party.
Upon any termination of the applicable Order Form, all Subscriptions or Cox Services thereunder will be automatically cancelled.
In such event, the Order Form will continue to apply with respect to the remaining Cox Products or Cox Services, as applicable, if any.
Cox acknowledges that no rights or licenses are being granted to Cox or any Affiliates of Cox with respect to any Customer Marks, except that Cox may use Customer Marks in connection with the provision of Cox Products, Cox Services, and related services to Customer.
Cox shall have no right or license to use any Rivian Materials except solely during the Term of the Agreement to the extent necessary to provide the Cox Products, Cox Services, and related services to Customer.
In addition, Cox may immediately terminate such Order Form (and the corresponding Subscriptions or Cox Services) if Customer (as applicable) defaults on its contractual obligations to Cox or any Cox Affiliate under another agreement, such that Cox or the Cox Affiliate has the right to terminate such agreement.
All information related to the Cox Services, including its features, functionality and performance shall constitute Confidential Information of Cox.
If Customer attempts to use a modem that is not compatible with the applicable Cox Service(s) or is not in good working order, and such use results in additional cost or expense to Cox, Cox reserves the right to charge Customer an installation or repair fee.
For such Cox Products or Cox Services, Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Fees will be deducted from Customer’s bank account via ACH at the time the Fee is incurred.
