Cox Media Group means Defendant’s subsidiary Cox Media Group, LLC, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, and groups, and their directors, officers, and employees, including without limitation each Cox Station.
