Coversion Agent definition
Coversion Agent means the office or agency where the Securities of each series that is convertible may be presented for conversion as set forth in Section 3.2.
Examples of Coversion Agent in a sentence
On or before the 15th calendar day immediately following the effective date of a Fundamental Change, the Company will deliver to each Holder (and to any beneficial owners of a Global Note, as required by applicable law), the Trustee, the Coversion Agent and the Paying Agent written notice of such Fundamental Change and the resulting repurchase right (the “Fundamental Change Notice,” and the date of such mailing, the “Fundamental Change Notice Date”).
