Covered Structure definition

Covered Structure means all residential building structures in the United States or Canada that are less than or equal to five stories in height and fifty feet in height, excluding manufactured or modular buildings or homes.
Covered Structure means any structure, including the personal property contained in the structure, to the extent covered under the terms of the policy;
Covered Structure means the Described Dwelling Property, as defined in the Residential Flood Coverage Form, COVERAGES, 1. Covered Structures.

  • Commencing on the Certification Date or such other date as may be mutually agreed, Seller will provide 8 hours of training and instruction to Seller’s designated employees at the Installation Site regarding the use of the Application System and BluwoodUSA Licensed Technology for the application of BluwoodUSA Licensed Products to Covered Structure Wood Components and Derivative Products (as such terms are defined in the Sublicense Agreement).

  • To qualify for this Limited Warranty, installation of the building envelope for the Covered Structure must be completed using exclusively JX Nippon products and must include the following: 1) a JX Nippon manufactured housewrap Product listed above, 2) JX ALTA Flex Flash or JX ALTA Straight Flash flashings, 3) JX ALTA Seam Tape, and 4) any such other JX Nippon products listed in the applicable installation instructions published or provided by JX Nippon.

  • Repair of a Covered Structure and/or replacement of Product under the terms of this Limited Warranty shall not extend or renew the term of the Limited Warranty in any way.

  • This Limited ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ extends to the original owner of the Covered Structure at the time the Product is installed and only applies to Product purchased and installed on or after March 1, 2015.

  • If the Product fails to meet the published specifications set forth by JX Nippon and said failure causes damage to the Covered Structure, then JX Nippon will provide replacement Product and pay the contractor of JX Nippon’s choosing for reasonable costs of labor and materials to correct problems found to be caused solely by failure of the Product.
