Covered Code definition

Covered Code means the Original Code or Modifications or the combination of the Original Code and Modifications, in each case including portions thereof.

Covered Code means the combination of the Original Code and any Modifications, and/or any portion thereof.

Related to Covered Code

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Pub. L. No. 104-191, 110 Stat. 1936, as amended.

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Health information means information or data, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium, and personal facts or information about events or relationships that relates to 1 or more of the following:

  • HIPAA means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended.

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • FHA Regulations Regulations promulgated by HUD under the National Housing Act, codified in 24 Code of Federal Regulations, and other HUD issuances relating to FHA Loans, including the related handbooks, circulars, notices and mortgagee letters.

  • Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Covered contract means a DoD prime contract for an amount exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, except for a fixed-price contract without cost incentives. The term also includes a subcontract for an amount exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, except for a fixed-price subcontract without cost incentives under such a prime contract.

  • Health insurance means protection which provides payment of benefits for covered sickness or injury.

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • Health insurer means the same as that term is defined in Section 31A-22-615.5.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Covered Conduct means any actual or alleged act, failure to act, negligence, statement, error, omission, breach of any duty, conduct, event, transaction, agreement, service, work, misstatement, misleading statement, or other activity of any kind whatsoever from the beginning of time through the Reference Date of this Agreement (and any past, present, or future consequence of any such act, failure to act, negligence, statement, error, omission, breach of duty, conduct, event, transaction, agreement, service, work, misstatement, misleading statement, or other activity) arising from or relating in any way to (a) the availability, discovery, research, development, manufacture, packaging, repackaging, marketing, promotion, advertising, labeling, relabeling, recall, withdrawal, distribution, delivery, monitoring, reporting, supply, sale, prescribing, dispensing, physical security, warehousing, use or abuse of, or operating procedures relating to, any Product, or any system, plan, policy, procedure, or advocacy relating to any Product or class of Products, including, but not limited to, any unbranded or branded promotion, marketing, or advertising, unbranded information, patient support or assistance, educational programs, consultancy, research, or other programs, campaigns, lobbying, or grants, sponsorships, charitable donations, or other funding relating to any Product or class of Products; (b) the characteristics, properties, risks, or benefits of any Product or class of Products; (c) the monitoring, reporting, disclosure, non-monitoring, non-reporting, or non-disclosure to federal, state, or other regulators of orders for any Product or class of Products; (d) the selective breeding, harvesting, extracting, purifying, exporting, importing, applying for quota for, procuring quota for, handling, promoting, manufacturing, processing, packaging, supplying, distributing, converting, or selling of, or otherwise engaging in any activity relating to, a precursor or component of Product, including but not limited to natural, synthetic, semi-synthetic, or chemical raw materials, starting materials, finished active pharmaceutical ingredients, drug substances, or any related intermediate of Product; and/or (e) diversion control programs or suspicious order monitoring related to any Product. The foregoing is not intended to apply to claims alleging contamination of products.

  • Health insurance carrier or "carrier" means any entity subject to the insurance

  • Disabling Code means any virus, back door, timer or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code that may have the consequence (whether by design or unintentionally) of disrupting, disabling, harming, circumventing security controls or otherwise impeding in any manner the normal operation or performance of (i) any software or service or (ii) any UNICEF information system or network.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;

  • Summary Health Information means information (a) that summarizes the claims history, claims expenses, or type of claims experienced by individuals for whom a plan sponsor had provided health benefits under a health plan; and (b) from which the information described at 42 CFR Section 164.514(b)(2)(i) has been deleted, except that the geographic information described in 42 CFR Section 164.514(b)(2)(i)(B) need only be aggregated to the level of a five-digit ZIP code.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • Protected Health Information or “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “protected health information” in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, and includes electronic PHI, as defined in 45 C.F.R. 160.103, limited to information created, maintained, transmitted or received by the Business Associate from or on behalf of the Covered Entity or from another Business Associate of the Covered Entity.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • PDMA means the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time.
