Covered Classes definition
Covered Classes means securities of any of the following classes and series of stock issued by the Company: (a) Series AA Preferred Stock, (b) Common Stock, and (c) any class or series of equity securities which are issued as a dividend or distribution with respect to, or pursuant to a recapitalization of, any then outstanding Covered Class of equity securities.
