Coverage End Date means the end or termination date of the Services identified in the Quote.

• Subject to Sections 6(d), 10 and 13, and subject to you timely electing COBRA coverage in accordance with the COBRA Election Notice, (i) coverage will apply retroactively from and after the day immediately following the Coverage End Date; (ii) the Company shall continue to pay the employer portion of premiums for the 12-month period immediately following the Coverage End Date; and (iii) you shall be responsible for the employee portion of such premiums during the same period.

• Effective from and after the Coverage End Date, the Company shall arrange for its own insurance policies with respect to the Animal Health Business covering all periods (whether prior to or following the Effective Date) and agrees not to seek, through any means, benefit from any of Pfizer's or its Affiliates' insurance policies that may provide coverage for claims relating in any way to the Animal Health Business prior to the Coverage End Date.

• We are not obligated to renew this Service Contract or offer You another Service Contract upon the Coverage End Date for Your Product(s).

• If You purchase this Service Contract on a date later than the purchase of Your Product(s), this Service Contract takes effect thirty (30) days after the purchase of the Service Contract and covers Your Product(s) up to the Coverage End Date or until cancelled by either You or Us. Please see Your Coverage Start Date and Coverage End Date on the Declarations Page for Your coverage specifics.

• The Coverage End Date shall be the date of the “qualifying event” under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”).

More Definitions of Coverage End Date

Coverage End Date. This is the date when Protection Plan coverage ends, subject to earlier termination pursuant to the terms of this Plan.

Coverage End Date. If coverage starts prior to policy delivery it will end on the earliest of the following dates: – the date you refuse delivery of the new policy; – the last day of the delivery period, if all delivery requirements for the new policy are not satisfied by the end of the delivery period; or – if a TIAA was issued, the End Date specified in the TIAA.

Coverage End Date has the meaning specified in clause (b) of Section 5.02.

Coverage End Date. This is the date when Protection Plan coverage ends, subject to earlier termination pursuant to the terms of this Plan. Waiting Period: This is the amount of time, varying from zero (0) to thirty (30) days, between the Protection Plan purchase date and the Coverage Start Date, during which if any issues occur, they are considered pre- existing conditions and render the item ineligible for coverage under this Protection Plan. A Waiting Period applies to Protection Plans purchased for refurbished items and Protection Plans purchased subsequent to the purchase of Your Covered Product. Any applicable Waiting Period does not affect Your coverage under any manufacturer’s warranty. If during the Waiting Period a pre-existing condition renders the item ineligible for coverage We will cancel Your Protection Plan and provide You with a full refund of the Protection Plan Price.
