Coverage Assets definition

Coverage Assets means all accounts receivable (excluding any intercompany accounts receivable) and all inventory of the Borrower and its Domestic Subsidiaries; provided that for purposes of calculating the Asset Coverage Amount, the net book value of inventory constituting Coverage Assets shall not, at any time, exceed $170,000,000.
Coverage Assets means all accounts receivable (excluding any intercompany accounts receivable) and all inventory of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries other than accounts receivable and inventory of the Canadian Borrower or any Consolidated Subsidiary of the Canadian Borrower.

  • Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.

  • Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until Work required to be performed under the terms of the Contract are satisfactorily completed and formally accepted; failure to do so may constitute a material breach of this Contract, at the sole discretion of the TOWN. In the event any insurance policy(ies) required by this contract is(are) written on a “claims made” basis, coverage shall extend for two(2) years past completion and acceptance of the CONTRACTOR’s work or services, as evidenced by annual Certificates of Insurance.
