Cover Date definition

Cover Date means the date which is the fifth (5th) anniversary of the initial funding of the one-fifth (1/5th) of the Capital Contribution Commitment from the Major Class A Members by payment to Zhone pursuant to Section 3.1(c) and the Stock Purchase Agreement.
Cover Date means the date of publication of the relevant issue of the publication.
