Coventurers definition

Coventurers means the coventurers of Buyer from time to time (and their respective successors and assigns) having an interest in the project for which the Goods and/or Services are acquired.
Coventurers means any entity from time to time having an interest in the joint venture (and being a party to the joint operating, unit operating or other agreement governing the joint venture's operations) under which, and on behalf of whom, the Goods and/or Services are acquired.

  • Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.

  • Affiliated has a correlative meaning.
