Court Users definition

Court Users any person who is granted access to, or given permission to use, the Venue (in whole or in part) by the Operator. Client Materials: all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications and data supplied by the Client to the Operator.
Court Users means, individually and collectively, each judicial officer, Clerk, court staff, or other employee or contractor of Clerk’s Court or Clerk’s Office using PeachCourt within the scope of his or her job responsibilities and duties as such a judicial officer, Clerk, court staff, or employee or contractor.

Examples of Court Users in a sentence

  • The Client agrees that the Operator shall, in order for it to perform the Services, have the right to permit Court Users to use the Tennis Courts, provided that such use is in accordance with Clause 0.

  • Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Sport Court by the Sport Court Users shall be at their own risk and that each of the Tenant's waivers, releases, insurance obligations and indemnities set forth in the Lease shall apply to Tenant's and the Sport Court User's use of the Sport Court.
