Course Handouts. Upon request, an electronic PDF of the course notes will be provided at no charge. If Purchaser requests Speaker to provide printed course handout materials, Purchaser shall be wholly responsible for all such expenses including, but not limited to, printing, packaging, and shipping of materials.
