Course Handouts definition

Course Handouts means the booklet or printouts of the presentations made during the training course, provided by Cytiva to Buyer or Buyer’s employees in a binder or electronically during the Course, as a reference to the subject matter of such training course, the content and form of which is provided at Cytiva’s sole discretion;

Examples of Course Handouts in a sentence

  • Buyer shall not export the Course Materials, Course Handouts or any information or documents provided hereunder without the requisite export license from the relevant body of the United Nations or other similar international organization, the United States Government, the country of origin or the original country of export.

  • Notwithstanding, and subject to all the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, Sections7.3 and 15 below), Cytiva grants Buyer and its Delegates a perpetual license to use the Course Handouts after the conclusion of the Course to which the Course Handouts relates (the “Course Handouts License”).

  • Notwithstanding, and subject to all the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, Sections 7.3 and 14 below), Cytiva grants Buyer and its Delegates a perpetual license to use the Course Handouts after the conclusion of the Course to which the Course Handouts relates(the“CourseHandouts License”).

Related to Course Handouts

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • course of study means any course of study, whether or not it is a sandwich course and whether or not a grant is made for attending or undertaking it;

  • Course of conduct means two or more acts, including, but not limited to, acts in which the stalker directly, indirectly, or through third parties, by any action, method, device, or means, follows, monitors, observes, surveils, threatens, or communicates to or about a person, or interferes with a person’s property.

  • Project Operations Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.
