Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.
Construction Completion Date means five (5) years from the date of this Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing by the Manager, Urban Development;
project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
Drilling operations means the actual drilling or redrilling of a well for exploration, production, observation, or injection, including the running and cementing of casing and the installation of wellhead equipment. “Drilling Operations” do not include perforating, logging, or related operations after all the casing has been cemented.
Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
Revenue Operations Date (ROD) means the date of operation of Metro
Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity
Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.
Pilot project means an initial short-term method to test or apply an innovation or concept related to the operation, management or design of a local detention facility pursuant to application to, and approval by, the Board.
Construction Work means all necessary action for the development, construction, renovation, furnishing, equipping and implementation of the Plans and Designs for the Hotel.
Planned Expenditures has the meaning assigned to such term in clause (b) of the definition of “Excess Cash Flow.”
Project Year means each period of twelve (12) months during the Contract Period beginning with the Commencement Date; and
Tests on Completion means the test specified in the Contract or otherwise agreed by the Employer and the Contractor to be performed before the Works are taken over by the Employer.
Construction Period means the period commencing on the commencement date and ending on the date of practical completionClause 1.1 Definition of "Corrupt Practice" is added:
Tenant Improvements means all improvements to the Project of a fixed and permanent nature as shown on the TI Construction Drawings, as defined in Section 2(c) below. Other than Landlord’s Work (as defined in Section 3(a) below, Landlord shall not have any obligation whatsoever with respect to the finishing of the Premises for Tenant’s use and occupancy.
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date means the date, as set forth in the applicable Pricing Amendment, by which Design-Builder shall achieve Substantial Completion of the applicable Deliverable Portion of Work.
