Coupage definition

Coupage means the mixing of wines or musts of different origins, different vine varieties, different harvest years or different categories of wine or of must. The following shall be regarded as different categories of wine or must:

  • Non-Executive Director means a member of the Board of Directors who does not hold an executive office with the Trust.

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
