County’s Proportionate Share definition

County’s Proportionate Share has the meaning ascribed to it in section 3.3;

Examples of County’s Proportionate Share in a sentence

  • County’s Proportionate Share of the Excess Amount of Real Property Tax Expense, as defined below.

  • In addition to the rent set forth above, County shall pay Lessor the County’s Proportionate Share of CAM Charges.

  • County’s Proportionate Share of the Excess Amount of Insurance Expense, as defined below.

  • If the amount paid by County during the last calendar year of the Lease Term exceeds County’s Proportionate Share of actual operating expenses increases for such year, Landlord shall credit the County for such amount (or pay county if term has expired).

  • In the event County shall dispute the correctness of Landlord’s statement of County’s Proportionate Share of Landlord’s Operating Expense, County shall have the right to audit Landlord’s books and records relating to the statement.

  • County shall pay Landlord, within sixty (60) days of County’s receipt of such statement, County’s Proportionate Share of the excess, if any, of County’s Proportionate Share of the actual operating expense increases over the amount paid by County during the previous year as its Proportional Share of the projected operating expense increases.

  • If any expense (including without limitation any tax or insurance premium) included within the Operating Expenses incurred during the Base Year is thereafter reduced or eliminated (an “Expense Reduction”), then for the purpose of calculating the County’s Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses, the applicable Base Year amount shall be reduced to reflect the Expense Reduction.

  • The County shall pay, as Additional Rent, upon receipt of the Tax Statement, but in no event more than thirty (30) days after receipt of the Tax Statement, County’s Proportionate Share of any increase in the Real Estate Taxes over the Real Estate Taxes assessed against the Property of which the Leases Premises are attributable to the “Base Year.” The “Base Year” for Real Estate Taxes is the calendar 2021 year.

  • County shall pay Landlord, as Additional Rent within thirty (30) days of County's receipt of such Statement, County’s Proportionate Share of the actual increase in Operating Expenses over the Base Year Operating Expenses to the extent the same was not previously paid by County during the previous year as its Proportionate Share of the estimated increase in Operating Expenses.

  • Lessor hereby waives any claim Lessor may have to collect County’s Proportionate Share of property insurance for any prior years of the Term through and including calendar year 2013.
