County Project definition

County Project means a project that has received a conditional award from the BSCC for projects that will be financed through the lease-revenue bond construction financing program.
County Project means the activities of the landfill within the area depicted on Exhibit “A-1” and other activities as approved by this grant which are conducted entirely within the County’s jurisdiction. The County Project includes the landfill and ancillary facilities and activities as described in Condition 2, including, but not limited to, waste diversion facilities, offices and other employee facilities, leachate treatment facility, and other environmental control systems, material storage areas, and closure and post-closure activities. The County Project includes activities conducted within the County’s jurisdiction prior to the commencement of operation of Phase II as approved by the City, as well as activities conducted within the County’s jurisdiction in the event that the City’s approval of Phase II or Phase III expires or is terminated. County Project does not include activities conducted within the County’s jurisdiction as part of the City/County Project.
County Project means work done by or for the county within public right-of-way for county purposes, not for the benefit of private developer.

County Project means public work, as defined in N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26, performed pursuant to a contract awarded by the County of Bergen (including any subcontract thereto).
