County PILOT definition

County PILOT means the Dutchess County’s Apportioned Share of the Annual PILOT due on February 28 of each year.
County PILOT means the payment in lieu of taxes to be made by the Company to the County, in an annual amount equal to $ per megawatt of generating capacity of the Project.
