County Medical Services Program definition

County Medical Services Program means the service delivery and payment system for health care for low-income persons who are not eligible for Medi-Cal and which is administered by the State Department of Health Services for counties.
County Medical Services Program. County Medical Services Program," "CMSP" or "Program" is the program authorized by Code Section 16809 to provide for Benefits to the Participating Counties' residents who are certified as eligible for those Benefits by each Participating County. 2
