County/city definition

County/city means a county, city, or town. In WAC 197-11, duties and powers are assigned to a county, city, or town as a unit. The delegation of responsibilities among the various departments of a county, city, or town is left to the legislative or charter authority of the individual counties, cities, or towns.
County/city means the County of Allegheny and the City of Pittsburgh. “Buildings” shall mean City-County Building and County Office Building.
