County and County s Related Parties” means County and County’s elected officials, officers, volunteers, representatives, partners, designees, attorneys, employees, consultants, agents, successors and assigns, and any lender of County with an interest in the Project that is the subject of this contract.

  • County Attorney means the County Attorney of the County of Suffolk.
