Country Work definition

Country Work means work performed by Employees in the Cottage Sector and the Retail Service and Maintenance Sector outside of a 60 kilometre radius from the Melbourne GPO in the State of Victoria, exclusive of the Greater City of Geelong.
Country Work means any work in respect of which the distance, or the travelling facilities, to and from such a place of work make it reasonably necessary for the employee to live and sleep at some place other than the employee's usual place of residence at the time of commencing such work.
Country Work means all work done outside a radius of 50 kilometres of an employers workshop: Provided that where an employer does not have a workshop or recognised place of business, Country Work shall mean all work done outside a radius of 50 kilometres from the principle Post Office of the nearest town.
