If so required pursuant to the terms of an Advance Facility, to the extent that an Advance Facility Counterparty makes all or a portion of any Advance, the Advance Facility Counterparty and the Servicer shall provide the Master Servicer and the Trustee with notice acknowledged by the Servicer that such Advance Facility Counterparty is entitled to reimbursement, such Advance Facility Counterpary shall be entitled to receive reimbursement pursuant to this Agreement for such amount to the extent provided.
