Council Leave definition

Council Leave means leave which can be accessed by councillors of the Royal Colleges or national speciality societies. Such leave shall be granted only for periods that fall within ordinary rostered hours, up to ten (10) days per annum. Should leave in excess of ten (10) days per year be required, it may be deducted from professional development leave. The National President of a Royal College or national speciality society may be granted unlimited council leave.
