Council Lease definition

Council Lease means the lease of the Adelaide Oval Core Area granted by the Council to the Minister pursuant to section 4 of the Act.
Council Lease means on Lease to be entered into between the Accommodation Supplier/Managing Agent and the Council in respect of Accommodation substantially in the form annexed hereto.
Council Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of November 1, 1995, between the Council and the Company, as said agreement now exists and as it may from time to time be modified, supplemented or amended in accordance with the provisions thereof.
