Examples of Coty in a sentence

  • Such invalid, unenforceable or missing provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which best reflects the intentions of the parties to this Agreement in accordance with the valid provisions of this Agreement, applicable laws and the Company and Coty Policies referred to in this Agreement.

Coty marks as soon as there is a commercially appropriate opportunity to do so as assessed on an entity-by-entity basis. Without limiting the Company’s obligations set forth in Section 18.1, for the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall indemnify the Seller from and against any and all Losses arising from any and all uses of the Excluded Brands pursuant to the foregoing licence from and after the Separation Effective Time; provided that the Company shall not be required to indemnify Seller for any Losses that arise from Company’s compliance with the Seller’s guidelines.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
