COTUNACE definition

COTUNACE means the Borrower’s Tunisian Company for Foreign Trade Insurance (Compagnie Tunisienne pour l’Assurance du Commerce Exterieur), an industrial and commercial public enterprise, established and operating under the Borrower’s rules and regulations pursuant to the COTUNACE Charter, and such term includes any successor thereto satisfactory to the Bank;
