COTS Products definition
COTS Products means any standard use or commercial- off- the-shelf (COTS) products including but not limited to third party COTS software or other Geographic Information Systems (GIS) products that Esri Canada markets, distributes or resells in its ordinary course of business.
COTS Products is software that: the licensor of that software makes generally available commercially prior to the date of this Agreement (whether by way of sale, lease or licence) on standard terms which are not typically negotiated by the licensor save as to price; and has a Non-trivial Customer Base
COTS Products means any products which are not bespoke and for which there is a readily available competitive market through which the price of such products is determined and which are independent of any supplies under this Contract;
Examples of COTS Products in a sentence
The Service Provider shall ensure that all upgrades to COTS Products are agreed with TfL (prior to being implemented in the Service System(s)) in accordance with Schedule 9: Change Control Request Procedure.
Reseller shall offer and resell the Products in the form received from Company, i.e., solely as COTS Products.
The Company’s pricing, terms and conditions are based on its offering Commercial Items (primarily COTS) Products, and the Company generally will not accept any “flowdown” clauses that are not mandatory for Commercial Item subcontracts.
