Costumes definition

Costumes are those items of clothing or shoes required to be worn in a performance. They do not include personal rehearsal clothing or shoes unless the rehearsal clothing are the items also required for performances or specific employer provided rehearsal substitutes.
Costumes are defined as clothes.
Costumes as used herein shall mean each and every set of Costumes and materials rented by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time. This Costumes Rental Agreement, together with any written confirmation related to the rental of Costumes (however sent) (including without limitation any purchase order, rental request and/or invoice) shall constitute the entire Agreement for each rental of Costumes and will be hereinafter collectively referred to as this “Agreement”. Every time Renter places a purchase order or a rental request or accepts or pays rent for Costumes, Renter will be deemed to accept and ratify the application of this Agreement.

Examples of Costumes in a sentence

  • Costumes may be requested and held prior to shipping; maximum 8 weeks professional theatrical productions, 6 weeks education and community theatre productions, 4 weeks film productions, and 2 weeks weekly film/photo shoots.

  • Costumes not regularly associated with the business and professional character of the Show must have the approval of ICSC.

  • Costumes and unusual promotional garb are prohibited in spaces other than within the Licensee's assigned space.

  • Costumes are expected to be returned by the Client Return Date on the Rental Agreement.

  • Costumes returned unlaundered or not dry cleaned will incur a penalty charge of $25.00 per item.

  • Costumes will be evaluated for fit and wear throughout the season and will be replaced as needed.

  • Costumes worn by the Actor are to be cleaned or kept sanitary at the Theatre's expense at least once every two (2) weeks or more often if necessary, and in any case within one (1) week before the show goes on a tour of two (2) weeks or longer.

  • Costumes and laundered tights will be placed at each ARTIST’S dressing area.

  • Costumes may be altered to fit and must be returned in their original condition.

  • Costumes and/or wardrobe should be cleaned and disinfected prior to its next use.
