Costs Schedule definition

Costs Schedule means the schedule setting out certain costs and expenses payable by the Group Companies in connection with this Agreement in the agreed form and delivered to the Buyer by the Sellers no later than the date of this Agreement;
Costs Schedule means the Cost Schedule attached to this Memorandum;
Costs Schedule means the order confirmation for the Units, Commissioning and, where applicable, Installation, a copy of which is appended to this Agreement at Schedule 5. "Customer Content-Editing Function" means the interface [and tools] which allow[s] the Customer to access and input travel information into the System, and update the System with Software Updates, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
