Costs Orders definition

Costs Orders means orders of the High Court which provide that the Cronos Entities should pay M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ certain of his costs of the s213 proceedings to date, including the Orders of M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ L▇▇▇▇▇▇ dated 17 June 2006, M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ E▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ dated 19 July 2005 and 20 January 2006, Mr J▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ dated 24 May 2006 and M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ P▇▇▇▇▇ dated 12 June 2006. Costs Orders means orders, made, or to be made by the Courts in the action for the payment by Mrs S of the whole or part of the legal costs of Mr S.
