Costs Orders definition
Costs Orders means orders of the High Court which provide that the Cronos Entities should pay M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ certain of his costs of the s213 proceedings to date, including the Orders of M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ L▇▇▇▇▇▇ dated 17 June 2006, M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ E▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ dated 19 July 2005 and 20 January 2006, Mr J▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ dated 24 May 2006 and M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ P▇▇▇▇▇ dated 12 June 2006. Costs Orders means orders, made, or to be made by the Courts in the action for the payment by Mrs S of the whole or part of the legal costs of Mr S.
Costs Orders means the ACC Costs Order and SAIF Costs Order, together.
Examples of Costs Orders in a sentence
Adverse Costs Orders any court order for costs, damages, compensation, loss or monies payable by the Liquidator and/or the Company/Companies in favour of any person in relation to, arising out of, or in connection with the Preliminary Action and/or the Legal Proceedings, including an order made by agreement by the Liquidator and/or the Company/Companies.
Considering this fact, coupled with the fact that (i) the 2015 Consolidated Financial Statement does not indicate the Claimant’s assets separate from its subsidiaries; and (ii) the Claimant is a non-profit company, I am of the opinion that there is a probability that the Defendants may experience some obstacles in enforcing any Costs Orders should they be successful in these proceedings.
