Automatically upon the addition of any Contract to Schedule 1.2(a) of the Purchaser Schedule or Lease to Schedule 1.2(b) of the Purchaser Schedule, it shall be an Assumed Contract or Assumed Lease, as applicable, for all purposes of this Agreement, and all Cure Costs and Liabilities arising at and after the Closing Date under such Contract shall be an Assumed Liability for all purposes of this Agreement to the extent so provided herein.
