Costed BOM definition

Costed BOM means a BOM that sets forth the Material Cost.
Costed BOM means a report setting forth the mutually agreed upon purchasing parameters for Components.

  • In the event ▇▇▇▇▇ changes the sourcing of components or parts making up the Product, as set forth in Schedule C, the Transfer Price for the Product produced by Sensor-Technik shall be adjusted by the difference of the cost for such part or component as set forth in Attachment C (the Costed BOM) and the newly sourced part, as established by the invoice for such part or component.
